Working with Casey has changed how I look at creative work.

She doesn’t just focus on output—she thinks about how everything connects, how it holds, and where it’s going long-term. It’s a different way of building, and it requires more discipline than people expect.

It also changes how you approach visibility. Not everything needs to be shown right away, and not everything should be.

There’s a lot of opportunity in narrative IP across Asia, but it needs structure to really grow.
